The assessment of $330 must be paid in full and recieved by Zalco by the close of business Feburary 15, 2010.  Postmarks are not acceptable as proof of timely payment.  A $50.00 administrative fee will be assessed on February 16, 2010.  Accounts not paid in full by March 15, 2010 will be turned over to collectoins and additonal legal fees will be assessed.  Please contact Natalie Green at Zalco Realty, 301-495-6600 for additoinal infomratoin regarding payments.

How do I get an ID card?

Stop by the center and fill out an ID PASS APPLICATION.

Can I rent the center?

Yes! You must be the authorized COVINGTON homeowner, or if a tenant you must have a Homeowner Auhorization Form, and if a nonresident, you must have a sponsoring homeowner (RESIDENTS OF MERIDIAN APARTMENTS AND PIN OAK SENIOR HOME PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY FOR MORE INFORMATION).  Stop by the center and find out if your date is available. 

The cost to rent the center is a $300 security deposit and a $350 rental usage for a total of $650 paid by certified check or money order due with the completed application in order to reserve your date.

Events are for a flate rate of 6 hours including set up, actual event, and clean up: no more, no less.

The maximum capacity is 75 individuals.

During the week the latest time events can be held are 10pm. On the weekends 12:30am.  No event can start before 12pm on any day. You can rent the center Sunday through Saturday (any day of the week).

If your event lasts past 7pm you must have a liscenced and badged police officer in attendance.

Can I hold meetings at the center?

Yes! Meetings cannot last longer than 6 hours and cost $25 per hour.

Where is my money going?

Every year the annual report is mailed out in the fall to every resident. 

Can my kids go to the center by themselves?

Children over the age of seven may attend center sponsored events by themselves (see the  “Activities and Events” page), but parents must sign them in and out (unless a permission slip is filled out).  Children over the age of 16 have free to access all center amenities.

Can I advertise at the center?

Yes! You must be a resident.  You can advertise on the website and in our newsletter. Let’s discuss, send us an email or come on in.
